Knockout
The first round of the Leslie Dodds Cup has a strict – but generous – deadline of the 5th November, eight weeks from the Friday after the AGM.
Winners in round one play in the Leslie Dodds Cup, losers in the Gainsborough Plate. Both events are drawn at the completion of the initial round.
League
The number of teams in the League remains at 29 but there has been a shuffling of the RAC ranks. Out go Jaguar, some members joining Bristol (and play in the same division), and Rolls Royce have reformed. As they are largely unchanged from the team that was demoted from Div. 3 in 2020-21, they have been placed in Div. 4
